Responsibilities :-

1. Handling monthly account closing.
2. Ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
3. Providing / developing decision support tools for functional management.
4. Cash flow improvement and balance sheet KPI.
5. Budgeting costs for function and tracking actuals against the same.
6. Compliance with statutory regulations - income tax, VAT, withholding, GAAP, customs.
7. Ensuring company assets and getting claims for any losses.
8. Identifying cost saving opportunities.
9. Ensuring planning models are in line with actual recording.
10. Building team capability and maintainig an organization structure necessary to support the business.
11. Educating cross functional teams on policies and processes and financial analysis.

Qualifications :-

1. Thai national, male or female, age between 35-45 years old with MBA degree
2. At least 7-10 years post qualification experience of which at least 2 years should be in a Controller's position with experience of managing people / team
3. CPA or equivalent
4. Multi national company,FMCG experience is preferable
5. Excellent command of English both spoken and written
6. Experience in financial planning function is a plus
