Compensation & Benefits Manager

Responsibilities :-

  1. Developing, implementing and administering company's rewards and benefit policies including salaries and bonuses, together with employee benefits.
  2. Monitoring company's salary structure and benefits.
  3. Researching and analysing competitor's salary rates and benefits.
  4. Evaluating different jobs to ensure that differences in pay are fair - and perceived to be.
  5. Developing and implementing competitive new benefit packages.

Qualifications :-

  1. Thai national, male or female, age between 30-40 years old with Bachelor Degree or higher in Human Resources Management or any related field
  2. At least 5-7 years of experience in compensation and benefits function from multinational company environment, from FMCG business is preferable
  3. Excellent command of English both spoken and written
  4. Be confident about gathering facts and statistics and making financial calculations for planning and other uses
  5. Be able to work accurately, with good attention to detail
